What am I paying for?
A membership: the device, member discounts, free upkeep, and community. Not a one-time purchase, which is what keeps it so low to start.
Do I need a prescription?
A provider signs off at your first visit. Quick and included.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. Bring the device to a quick check-in and you are done. Like a gym, monthly payments already made are not refunded.
Do I get to keep the device?
Yes. Stay a member long enough that it is paid up and it is yours to keep.

Membership terms
Billing & renewal
$99 enrollment, then $19.99 a month billed automatically to the payment method on file. Membership renews monthly until cancellation and device return are complete. The monthly charge continues regardless of device or benefit usage. A valid payment method must stay on file.
Refunds
Membership and subscription payments are nonrefundable once processed. No full, partial, or prorated refund or credit applies to unused membership time.
Cancellation
Complete the cancellation form and return the complete Alpha device at the same time. Staff inspects the device for function and any damage beyond reasonable normal wear. Future billing stops only after the form and an acceptable device are both received. Benefits continue through your paid-through date.
The device
One device is issued for use while the membership stays active. The device remains the property of Go To Wellness Center while issued, and members present it for inspection every six months.
Damage & neglect
Neglect includes misuse, abuse, improper storage, unauthorized repair, or not following device instructions. If neglect damages the device, the outstanding balance of the full retail price is charged to the card on file. Reasonable normal wear is not neglect.
Member offers & credits
Members receive 10% off eligible services and retail products, a $25 birthday-month credit, a $25 referral reward, and a rotating monthly offer. Offers do not combine, one applies per eligible purchase, and credits have no cash value and expire 60 days after issue. Eligible services only; prescription and excluded items do not qualify. Amounts may change with advance notice.
